As of late summer of
1997 I was searching for a machine shop to build an
engine strong enough to propel my then
new tube chassis 1955 Chevrolet into the ten second
bracket in the quarter mile. I went to Custom Auto Rebuilding
and Service based on the many recommendations I received

me
an engine that was affordable and would run mid tens.
